2. The competition is open to residents of the Australia, aged 18 years or over except employees of RID Pest Control and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. The competition is open to residents of the Greater Ballarat region only. The prize includes a deliverable service and this can only be delivered in our service area. Entries from outside this area will forfeit the service component of the prize.
2. Entry is by way of social media interaction. For an entry to be valid the entrant must ‘Like’ RID Pest Control – Ballarat - Facebook business page (located at: www.facebook.com/BallaratPestControl). This equates to one entry.
3. Bonus entries can be obtained if an entrant shares the page or post. This gains one additional entry.
4. Further bonus entries can be obtained if an entrant tags 3 friends on the promotional post pertaining to this competition. This equates to one additional entry for every 3 friends tagged.
5. The promoter may at any time terminate the competition without cause or reason and by making no announcement of same.
6. The promoter at it’s sole discretion may deny entry into the competition of any person for any reason.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
8. The competition opens at 12PM 11/11/2018.
9. The competition closes at 8:00PM 16/12/2018.

The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
